About SphereView Medicare

CQC-regulated specialist mental health care for children, adolescents and adults across England.

Who We Are

About Us

SphereView Medicare is an independent specialist mental health service committed to delivering high-quality, accessible psychiatric and psychological care for children, adolescents and adults.

Led by Dr Lokesh Bisati, Consultant Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist, our multidisciplinary team brings together decades of NHS and private sector experience to provide timely, evidence-based care when it matters most.

Why We Exist

Mental health services across the NHS are under unprecedented strain, with waiting lists stretching to months or even years. SphereView Medicare was founded to bridge that gap – offering timely, specialist psychiatric and psychological care when patients and families need it most.

How We Work

Our Philosophy of Care

Our approach to care is grounded in four core principles that guide every clinical and operational decision we make. These principles translate our values into practice.

  • 01

    Person-Centred Care

We treat the whole person – not just a diagnosis.

    • Individualised assessment and formulation
    • Respect for personal values and preferences
    • Holistic view of mental and physical health
  • 02

    Evidence-Based Practice

All our clinical work is grounded in the best available evidence.

    • NICE guideline-aligned pathways
    • Validated tools
    • Regular outcome monitoring
  • 03

    Safe & Transparent

Patient safety and openness are non-negotiable.

    • Robust governance and safeguarding
    • CQC standards of care
    • Clear communication with patients and referrers
  • 04

    Recovery & Resilience Focused

We focus on recovery and building long-term resilience.

    • Strengths-based clinical formulation
    • Skills-building alongside therapy
    • Relapse prevention and follow-up planning
