These terms govern your use of the SphereView Medicare website and our private clinical services.

Last updated: June 2026

About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the SphereView Medicare website and to booking and receiving our private clinical services. By using our services you agree to these terms.

Appointments and cancellations

Appointment times, fees, and cancellation notice periods are confirmed at booking. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee as communicated in your booking confirmation.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments when clinically necessary or due to unforeseen operational issues, and will offer an alternative date where possible.

Clinical care

Information on this website is for general guidance and does not replace a consultation with a qualified clinician. Treatment recommendations are individual and based on clinical assessment.

SphereView Medicare is not an emergency or 24/7 crisis service. In an emergency call 999 or attend A&E. For urgent mental health support contact NHS 111 or your local crisis line.

Fees and payment

Fees are quoted before treatment begins. Self-pay and insured pathways may have different requirements; insurers may require pre-authorisation. Invoices are payable according to the terms stated at booking.

Confidentiality and records

Clinical information is handled confidentially in line with professional standards and UK law. Exceptions apply for safeguarding, court orders, and other legal duties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Website use and data

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false information. Content is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

By submitting a contact or newsletter form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you agree to our processing of that information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
